Field Service Representatives (FSR)

JB Management's Field Service Representatives provide technical contractor support for numerous newly fielded tactical Army systems. This support is provided both in CONUS and OCONUS.

JB Management's Field Service Representative Duties include:

  • Subject Matter Expertise in support of initial operational assessment and logistical demonstrations
  • Support initial fielding and New Equipment Training
  • Implementation of forward-based Contractor Logistics Support
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair (remove & replace), and evacuate systems in the theater of operations
  • Conduct field upgrades/modifications as required
  • Assist equipment user in the effective operation and maintenance of the system

FSR training begins in the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) production facility where the FSR is trained and certified in all aspects of equipment installation, operation, testing, maintenance, special tools, and training. From the OEM facilities, the FSR deploys to a specific location that provides direct support to the subject equipment. This location may be in CONUS or OCONUS.

JB Management has been and is currently providing FSRs to US Army units in Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan.
