NJ, January 19, 2010 – In November 2009, the Common Message Processor (CMP)
software, developed under PD Common Software (CS) for the Army,
underwent standards conformance certification testing for
latest USMTF baseline, MIL-STD-6040B. The certification test included
representatives from the US Army, US Navy, and JITC (Joint
Interoperability Test Command). JITC served as the official test witness
for the certification test. The test focused on three key areas of
messaging: message creation, message parsing, and message validation.
On January 19, 2010, JITC officially announced the results of their
testing, which verified that CMP meets the highest interoperability
standards within DoD. Receiving the certification highlights the quality of the CMP software
and the experience and expertise of the CMP development team. Participation in the certification process is a tribute to JBM’s

the war fighter.
