JBM Board of Directors Approves Leadership Changes
ALEXANDRIA, VA., Jan 01, 2008 -- 2007 was yet another very successful year for JB Management. Recognized by our customers for outstanding employees and technical expertise, JBM is proud of its reputation and committed to maintaining the same level of customer service as a company of almost 160 employees as it was the day it was founded. While JBM prides itself as a flat, dynamic, and agile business, it also is committed to providing our customers with accessible, outstanding leaders.
To facilitate this commitment to our customers, the JBM Board of Directors met to determine if the company should adjust its leadership structure to prepare for future growth. The Board determined that after years of dedicated service to the company, Mr. Harry Gibb would be promoted from Executive Vice President to President of JB Management effective 01 January 2008.
Mr. Rick Sullivan will become the Vice President for Logistic Services. Mr. Sullivan is a retired Army officer who joined JBM last year after last serving as the Garrison Commander for Fort Monmouth, NJ. Rick will lead JBM’s logistic support efforts world-wide, directly supervising JBM’s logistic support efforts associated with counter remote-controlled improvised explosive device (RCIED) electronic warfare platforms such as the DUKE, force protection radar systems such as the Lightweight Counter-Mortar Radar (LCMR) and the EQ36A, and our ongoing logistic support efforts at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center.
To better streamline software development and integration efforts, JBM’s Vice President for Systems Engineering and Integration, Mr. Chuck Miller, will also assume responsibility for Software Development and New Jersey operations. Chuck will oversee JBM support to PdM Common Software at Fort Monmouth, engineering support to the Central Technical Support Facility (CTSF) at Fort Hood, and digital systems integrators who are working with Stryker and Land Warrior units in Fort Lewis and Iraq.
